The 2009 Annual Skirball Retreat will be held October 06-08, 2009 at the Cranwell Resort, Spa & Golf Club in Lenox, MA. The purpose of this retreat is to bring together Skirball Institute scientists within the Structural Biology, Molecular Pathogenesis, Molecular Neurobiology and Developmental Genetics programs and other speakers from throughout the NYU Langone Medical Center to discuss recent advances in research and to encourage scientific communication and collaboration.

Please note that the Annual Retreat is limited to members of the Skirball Institute and other invited guests.

Bus transportation from the Skirball Institute to The Cranwell Resort will be available. Information about departure time, location and bus assignments will be e-mailed to those taking the bus to The Cranwell Resort. For driving directions to The Cranwell Resort please see the following link here.

All persons planning to attend must fill out the online Retreat Registration Form no later than August 10th, 2009; registrations will not be accepted or changed after this date. To register, please sign in using your Jupiter username and password. If you have difficulties, please contact Joshua Hart (Joshua.hart@nyumc.org). It is strongly recommended that you have already picked a roommate and indicate the person's name upon registration otherwise a roommate will be assigned to you. Please note that any cancellations after August 31st, 2009 or no-shows at the Retreat will result in the PI's account being charged.

As in the past, there will be two poster sessions at the Retreat and awards will be given for the best posters.

Whether or not you plan to present a poster, you must complete the online Poster Registration Form. You should also sign up at once to have your poster printed at Media Services in order to ensure timely completion of printing.
